This medium bodied coffee is smooth and sweet with a pleasant wine like acidity. This coffee makes an easy going espresso; intense and rich yet subtle and delicate. Coffee from the rain forests of Costa Rica is matched with the strong intensity of Sumatra’s finest exotic beans and added to this is the exciting richness of coffee from Vietnam which makes this an unusual and delightful coffee. We carefully select only the finest beans from these regions and roast them in our specialist roasting facility in Basingstoke, ensuring you get only the very finest coffee.

BGC (Bloody Good Coffee)

One of the Ferns trademark blends, our Bloody Good Coffee is a bloody blend of 100% Arabica beans from Honduras, Peru, Brazil and DR Congo. Medium-roasted to highlight the complexities of flavours and textures. Described as light and fruity. Of course, the proof is in the tasting.

Costa Rica

This fantastic all-day drinking coffee is medium in strength, with a sweet citrus-like acidity. Bringing together all the smooth, delicate flavours of Arabica beans from Costa Rica and the richness of Vietnamese Robusta beans, this coffee is distinctive and satisfying. Again, this is a blend that is best enjoyed in filter or cafetière format.

Savoy

This is a distinctively cosmopolitan blend, with notes that are fruity, zesty and earthy. Like London itself, this medium-light roast brings together some of the best from around the world; Arabica beans from Honduras, DR Congo, Brazil and Peru are blended with Ugandan Robusta beans.

Vienesse

Enjoy this decadent blend of roasted and ground coffee and roasted and ground fig. You’ll find it mellow and smooth, with real depth of flavour.

Columbian

This is a fantastic all-day drinking coffee for those who like their coffee strong and full-bodied. Spices and sandalwood are distinctive in its aroma, while there are rich notes rich chocolate and cacao. The Arabica beans we use are from growers in Colombia and Honduras. Filter and cafetière formats bring out the best in this blend.

Mayfair

With this lightly-roasted blend you’ll get notes of floral and lemon, and flavours that are mellow and complex… which is no surprise, when you consider that the beans we use are sourced from Honduras, Brazil, DR Congo, Peru and Uganda.

Decaffeinated

For those who want all the flavour of a great coffee, but without the caffeine, we’ve created the perfect blend. Arabica beans from Brazil are gently decaffeinated while the beans are still green, then carefully medium-roasted. The result is a quality coffee that’s distinctively Ferns and surprisingly caffeine-free.
